Sugalight is formulated in Singapore as a sugar-free alternative to traditional ice cream. We use natural sweeteners (Xylitol and Maltitol) and include prebiotic fibers to support gut health. Most of our flavors are certified with the Health Promotion Board’s “Healthier Choice” logo, containing significantly lower fat and calorie counts than commercial brands.

Yes. Our ice cream is specifically developed for those monitoring blood sugar levels. Because we use sweeteners with a low glycemic index, our ice cream has a minimal impact on blood glucose. Research conducted with Temasek Polytechnic verified our vanilla flavor has a Glycemic Index (GI) of 16.

Yes. Our production facility is MUIS Halal-certified. We maintain strict standards across our entire manufacturing process, and we do not use any alcohol or gelatin in our products.

LCHF stands for Low Carb High Fat. This range is designed for the ketogenic diet, using healthy fats like coconut oil and dairy cream. These flavors are sweetened with Allulose and Stevia to ensure they remain keto-friendly while maintaining a premium texture.

You can purchase our pints at NTUC FairPrice Finest & Xtra outlets across Singapore. You may also order directly through our website for home delivery or arrange for self-collection at our Jurong factory by appointment via WhatsApp.

We operate a dedicated cold chain delivery service. As our specialized vehicle transports ice cream at -30°C, no dry ice is required. Delivery is free for orders over $60, while a $5 fee applies to smaller orders.

We deliver island-wide across Singapore. Delivery scheduling and available time slots are confirmed via WhatsApp after you submit your order. We recommend placing your order at least 1–2 days in advance to secure your preferred slot. For large or urgent orders, contact us directly at 9632 6261.

There is no minimum order requirement. However, orders above $60 qualify for free delivery. Orders below $60 incur a flat $5 delivery fee. To make the most of free delivery, consider stocking up — our ice cream keeps well in the freezer for up to 3 months.

We accept PayNow and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided when we confirm your order via WhatsApp. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Yes! Self-collection is available at our factory in Jurong by appointment. Please WhatsApp us at 9632 6261 to arrange a suitable time before coming down.

We use a dedicated cold chain delivery service maintaining -30°C throughout the journey, so melting during transit is rare. If you experience any issue with your order upon arrival, please WhatsApp us at 9632 6261 with a photo and we will make it right.

Our ice cream is best consumed within 3 months of purchase when stored properly. Keep it in your freezer at -18°C or below. Once opened, press a piece of cling wrap directly onto the surface before closing the lid to minimise ice crystal formation and preserve texture.

Yes! Our Mango Sorbet is dairy-free and suitable for vegans — made with real fruit and sweetened with Xylitol. We also offer soy milk variants for those with lactose intolerance. Check our flavours page for the full range.

Absolutely. With no added sugar and a low glycemic index, Sugalight is a great treat for kids — especially as a healthier alternative to conventional ice cream at birthday parties and school events. Our ice cream is HPB Healthier Choice certified and suitable for all ages.

Most Sugalight flavours contain dairy (milk). Some flavours may contain nuts or cookie pieces (e.g. Cookie Monster, LCHF Pistachio). The Mango Sorbet is dairy-free. If you have specific allergy concerns, please WhatsApp us at 9632 6261 and we will advise on individual flavours.

We require a minimum of 3 working days notice for ice cream cake orders. For deliveries on weekends or public holidays, please allow at least 5 days advance notice. Early booking is strongly recommended during festive periods.
